This spacious home, located in the Ocean Beach Surf Club I Community, is the perfect family get away spot. Located one block from your private beach, this house and area includes excellent restaurants, local shopping, close to Point Pleasant & Seaside Boardwalks.
This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, home has plenty of room for your family vacation! Amenities include central air, a washer & dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs and wireless internet access.
Home is located on a dead-end street for the kids.
Available for weekly rentals from June through Sept (Saturday to Saturday) - inquire for shorter term if available.

No smoking and No Pets. There is parking on premise for three cars, one in front of the house, and two, side by side, in the back of the house.

-Guests must provide their own toiletries and linens (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.), their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc.) and their own cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, Windex, Lysol, etc.)

 

The house sleeps 10-12 people, and the beds in the house are: (2) Queen, (2) Full (1) Futon, (2) Twins.


Please respect our neighbors. This is a Family Community. You must be 25 and over to rent. No groups. No parties. No noise. No underage groups or drinking. No pools on the property.
