We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the 1st floor unit. Rental is fully furnished with two separate living room areas and has Central A/C, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, WIFI, granite countertops, outdoor shower, and plenty of off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. Only $2996/week during the peak season! We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge. We also rent in the off peak season at lower rates. Up to 5 beach badges are included at no additional cost which must be returned at the end of the stay. Cleaning Fee included in the rent.
