Rental Information:

• Availability: Weekly rentals are available from June through September (Saturday to Saturday). Shorter stays may be considered based on availability. Off season rentals welcomed.
• Parking: Ample parking for three cars is available—one in front and two side by side in the back.
• Guest Requirements: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. This is a family community, so please respect our neighbors. No parties, noise, or underage drinking is allowed.

Additional Details:

• Beach Access: As a guest of OBSC1, you will receive 8 beach badges for access to the beach and community events. If your group exceeds 8 people, additional daily guest badges can be purchased at the booth. 
• Essentials: Guests are required to bring their own toiletries, linens (pillows, blankets, sheets, towels), paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins), and cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc.).
• Sleeping Arrangements: The home includes (2) Queen beds, (2) Full beds, (1) Futon, and (2) Twin beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.
